Solid fuels are the biproduct of many plants processes in the wood products industry. This could be the waste in the form of wood, bark, nut shells, and various others. Over the past 15 years, I have designed combustion systems to take these biproducts heat content and create hot gasses. These gasses are then used on other applications in the plant requiring direct heat, replacing natural gasses and burners. Just some of the plants these gasses can be used are OSB,MDF and Pelletizing plants.
